How to become healthy?

As was said by the health experts from every generation in China, “To gain healthiness, nourish the mind first”. So practicing Qigong is not enough to restore good health, we must first nourish our mind. To do that, we have to pay attention to our attitudes, and our moral standards.

This is a long term process. It requires for us to naturalize every event, and it works from inside out. This is more thorough, more spontaneous than the other way around. We don’t wait until we get sick to get help. Instead, we prepare our body through Qigong to prevent any future disease. We do not cast weapons after the battle has already began.
